You said it derailed which means high or not they wouldn’t have been able to stop it. Besides there is no record in history of a death from actually smoking or consuming it. But there are records of accidents after smoking or eating it. alcohol causes more accidents more often and its legal.

this is crazy. . Obama is known to be addicted to cigarettes (nicotine), which is perfectly legal, yet known to be extremely dangerous to health. And so is alcohol!
But at the same time he is wavering about cannabis and it’s uses. . Please!!! It’s proven that Cannabis is harmless, does not cause cancer or addiction, and is highly useful in the treatment of a variety of ailments. Also the entire plant is edible and safe. This is insane! Legalize it already, then you can tax it sir !
