You framed your question so as to ask if smoking weed makes you immune from losing your kids. It does not. If you want to know if you are at risk of losing your kids, due to smoking weed, then give all the information that a judge would consider. Habitually committing federal crimes is one factor but the court would consider more than that.
If you are so disabled and need weed to get through the day, can you really care for your kids?
