There are no physically addicting substances in marijuana.

Look at it like alcohol prohibition…was their more crime when alcohol was illegal or when it was legal? When it was illegal, of course.

Democratic lawmakers in the state of California are in hopes that a proposition (Prop 19) to legalize marijuana on the November 2010 ballots will help encourage progressive voter turnout.
