question about prop 19 and its effect on me?
i am a 20 year old medical marijuana patient to my understanding i will lose my medicine with the passing of prop 19 is this true

Dispensaries aren’t supporting prop 19 because that is increased competition for them.
Yep. Only for adults. It sucks but it’s better than keeping it illegal and magically waiting for a better solution to go to the ballot.
Well, now it’s decriminalized – hur dur.
You won’t. Instead of going to a medical marijuana dispensary, you can go to a liquor store. The supply will be bigger and since the market will be bigger, prices should drop.
Medical marijuana is only necessary when marijuana itself is illegal. When you can buy pot at any liquor store, medical marijuana, as a separate category, will be unnecessary.
It will not effect your medical marijuana. If you are under 21 then you will still need a prescription and you will need to purchase from a medical dispensary. Once you are 21 you can just buy it anywhere they sell it.
The medical dispensaries are greatly against prop 19 because the price of cannabis will drop significantly…as will their profits. So they are saying you will lose your medical benefits in an effort to get people to vote against it. The truth is the only thing that will change is you will no longer be allowed to smoke in the presence of children. This was not written into prop 215.
No, we still have legal medical marijuana. Prop 19 legalizes marijuana for everyone but it probably wont work out because it is still a federal crime and the DEA and FBI can decide to arrest people for growing or selling it for recreational use.

Right Now anyone over the age of 17 can possess up to 1 ounce and get a ticket… if you try to sell then you’re a criminal…
1) Prop 19 makes possession illegal for 18 to 20 year olds…
2) Makes it a crime to smoke around under 18’s,
3) Makes it a crime to GIVE it away,
4) and Encourages people to grow their own in a 25 sqft area, big enough to be seen by Cop Copter
4a) Since “your own” is limited to 1 ounce, the size of a sandwich bag… ANY plants seen by helicopter are illegal…
This law is designed to bring more money into the hands of our governments through the prosecution of pot smokers…
For the last 2 years the Liberals have been lying to us about the bills and props the want passed… The HealthCare Bill proved that noone reads this stuff and simply believes what they are told and votes accordingly… Last year we were saved on 3 of the evil props by less than 3% of the votes… Those props, like the ones we’ll be voting on in a few weeks are no different…
