Valerian Root in herbal cigarette?

I am aware that Valerian Root’s active chemicals are too volatile to be smoked, but I’m wondering if adding a little near the filter/coil tip of a cigarette blended with other smokeable herbs (skullcap, dmania, kava kava, indan warrior, etc) would in effect “vaporize” the valerian’s psychoactive compounds as the hot air and smoke passed through it, at least until the ember got too close.

Would this be feasible or a total waste of time and Valerian?

Also, anything along the lines of ‘omg smoking is bad for you!11!” is going to be ignored. I am quite aware of the carcinogens inherent in ALL smoke, and the risks associated with this are mine to accept. Also, I’m already a marijuana law reform advocate so “just smoke pot lol” will also be ignored. I already do.

Glass bongs vs plastic bongs?

Do bongs really purify the weed or whatever substance you are smoking so that you do not inhale tar or other chemicals?

Do plastic bongs release toxins from the heated plastic when they are lit?

I am deciding between a plastic bong or a glass bong, since bongs purify the substance so that you don’t get any tar or other chemicals in the smoke. My only concern is that the plastic bongs may release toxins from the heated plastic when the substance is lit. Is this true?

Toking on Antibiotics?

PLEASE ONLY RESPOND IF YOU ARE FAMILIAR WITH ANTIBIOTICS AND THE RESPIRATORY SYSTEM! Thanks.

Are there any side effects from toking while on antibiotics?
Will just a couple vaporized bags from my volcano be okay?
Will it cause the antibiotics to not work as well??

I have atypical pneumonia that I have been on antibiotics for 3 days now and it feels like I am getting better but my chest still hurts a bit… I heard marijuana is a bronchidialator so that should make it easier to cough up phlem right??

I just called a pharmacy and the guy didn’t really know anythign about marijuana, he just kept saying there are a ton of chemicals, but I told him I am gonna vaporize it and let the vapor cool… is this a good idea?

Am I the only marijuana smoker who thinks….?

It should just stay illegal? Its not a big deal at all for me, I grow my own weed and I do not want to smoke government regulated marijuana, where they could use all the chemicals and shit they want while growing. I don’t have over an ounce on me when I go out, and if I’m stopped ( I live in Massachusetts ) I’ll get a fine, whatever. In my opinion legalizing it will make le way for cocaine advocates in twenty years who want to use it for religious, medical, ect. purposes. I think its not a big deal, whats your opinion? (Don’t post about the dangers of smoking, I’m a responsible adult and don’t give a shit!!)

What are the risks of living in a house that was formerly 4 months ago was used to grow illegal Marijuana ?

A close friend of mine just recently bought a house that was seized in a illegal marijuana growth operation and chemicals laboratory. The house was listed in november of last year right after being seized by police. It was bought by an investor who in 20 days cleaned the house, painted it (didn’t change the carpet though)and relisted back in the market in december of 2009. The house remained in the market for 42 days. My friend just recently bought for extremely low price. It was clearly outlined in the listing of the house that it hs been formerly used for above operations but now it is being cleared by health assessment report.

is it really safe to live in that house
The house also had a chemical laboratory

marijuana and cocaine?

ok ive been doing marijuana for about 12 years now. im a doctor of pharmacy and is currently again in school to major in philosophy. but my point is different. if i can do all that when im high off of ganja then whats the problem with it? i mean the state of california made it legal for a reason right? its not like its addictive or anything; and its actually safe to smoke it now since we have vaporizers now days. only about 1/4 of the ppl i know can tell i do it because they do it too. from what i have accomplished while on the “plant” not “drug”. whats so bad about it?

on the other hand i notice a lot of ppl around my age with money turns into cocaine sniffing dumbasses. im a pharmacist and i know what, & how cocaine is made and used. but to thank god i have never tried it and never will. the reason this bothers me is because one of my ex-friends said to me ” whats so bad about snorting it? i mean u smoke… so why cant i snort? its not like its going to kill me?”
and what he said bothers me a lot. so i mean i just want to know the hard solid facts about why ppl do it?

the comparison from them 2 is a lot diff.
1 cocaine is a drug made from chemicals and coca leaves.
2 marijuana is a plant that u hang and dry out and smoke or vaporize or drink it as a tea.
3 a gram of marijuana is only 20 – 25 $$ compared to cocaine at 160-180 $$ a gram.

what gets these ppl started on it? it smells nasty and there’s really no advantages. they act all worried all the time and my ex-friends an example because his car dealership isnt selling cars lately and i think he’s goin bankrupt.

Perscribed Marijuana..?

Why do doctors perscribe people who have cancer and people who have other diseases? I don’t know how they get it , I’ll just assume by the pharmacy. When they get their perscription , why is actual marijuana? The same marijuana the drug cartels deal with?

Why can’t they find out the exact chemicals in it and form it into a pill? By doing this not as many , teenagers will be getting high.

Many teenagers buy and sell , Perscribed marijuana is legal in California. It should be illegal or it should atleast be formed into a pill.

when smoking weed out of a bong, does the water get rid of the negative chemicals?

I smoke occasionally and im just woundering if water in a bong really does get rid of negative chemicals. Please provide PROOF by site or by good knowlege. How Do Medical Marijuana Facilities Get Their Products?

I am a bit curious about where and how do the legal medical marijuana facilities get their products?

Of course this is strictly anonymous, no specifics need to be posted, names etc, just the protocol.

Since the law claims it is illegal to grow or cultivate marijuana, where do the sources come from? Also, because patients are in various stages of their conditions, I would assume that the product must be certified pure some how to be “clean” without toxins, chemicals. Do farms in California get permits to grow marijuana for medical use? Is there some kind of “growth tax” paid to the state some how? Products allowed to be provided from other states? Interesting how the system works, but there are still some legal and gray areas of the operation.
