I know it’s not legal federally, just wondering if it’s decriminalized under any state law.

By comparison, the United States produced an average of nearly $23.3 billion worth of corn annually from 2003 to 2005, $17.6 billion worth of soybeans, $12.2 billion worth of hay, nearly $11.1 billion worth of vegetables and $7.4 billion worth of wheat, the report said.

We were very lucky to be there right when the protest started. UPDATE: The date is wrong, it was the 20th of May, 2010, sorry! and thanks Jodie! Marc Scott Emery (born February 13, 1958) is a Canadian cannabis policy reform advocate, as well as a former cannabis seed seller. He was extradited to the United States for selling marijuana seeds across the border. The controversy relies on that every canadian resident that sells stuff across the border, is to be judged in their own country when in Marc Emery’s case, he’s been sent to be judged on foreign grounds.
