As of mid 2011, is marijuana legal anywhere in the United States under state law, not federal?

I know it’s not legal federally, just wondering if it’s decriminalized under any state law.
I’m not asking for you’re opinion on marijuana either.

Should America’s largest cash crop be legalized?

U.S. growers produce nearly $35 billion worth of marijuana annually, making the illegal drug the country’s largest cash crop, bigger than corn and wheat combined, an advocate of medical marijuana use said in a study released on Monday…………

By comparison, the United States produced an average of nearly $23.3 billion worth of corn annually from 2003 to 2005, $17.6 billion worth of soybeans, $12.2 billion worth of hay, nearly $11.1 billion worth of vegetables and $7.4 billion worth of wheat, the report said.

Marc Scott Emery (born February 13, 1958) is a Canadian cannabis policy reform advocate, as well as a former cannabis seed seller. He was extradited to the United States for selling marijuana seeds across the border. The controversy relies on that every canadian resident that sells stuff across the border, is to be judged in their own country when in Marc Emery’s case, he’s been sent to be judged on foreign grounds.

CBC News reports on the sentencing of ‘Prince of Pot’ Marc Emery, the cannabis activist arrested in 2005 by the DEA and Canadian authorities and extradited to the United States for selling marijuana seeds on the Internet and using the money to fund legalization efforts.
