I’m a conservative and I advocate legalization. The only real problem I see is that you have to buy it on the black market.

Being a black market item is only reason why it’s a gateway drug. It’s the fact that you have to go to a dealer to buy some who will most likely have other drugs to push.

The majority of problems and death among users is drug deals gone bad and being gated to a harder drug via a dealer thus, making it legal would solve many more problems than its prohibition has ever prevented.

In the current system we cannot even grow hemp (the THC free version) for rope, clothing, acid-free paper, and bio-diesel fuels.

here’s a little fact, your fact is totally wrong. The number 1 killer of males in that age group is testicular cancer, any doctor will tell you that. The number 1 killer among black males in that age range is homocide some of which are caused by drugs being illegal.

Marijuana does not kill you, it may give you cancer like cigarettes do except marijuana is not physically addictive like cigarettes. The #1 killer in America and what causes medicare to cost so much is heart disease which is caused mainly by our fast food diet so Mcdonalds and other fast food chains should be illegal before marijuana is. Liver disease caused by alcohol causes more deaths than marijuana usage actually more people die from drunk driving accidents every year than marijuana usage.

Of course all drugs laws should be reviewed by everyone liberals and conservatives because of the fact that most drugs were made illegal because black people used them. Congress said that marijuana made white teenagers hang out with black people and they did not like integration so they banned it, heroine was made illegal because southern white congressmen said it made black men go insane and rape white women.

I am an original conservative except in social reform areas and all drugs should be legal because gang violence would decline, police corruption would decline, political corruption would decline, it would give Americans jobs, people who were caught using drugs as minor as marijuana would not have their lives ruined.
