As an immigrant, I had to learn all about your government later in life than you, so please forgive me if I am wrong here; as I understand it, it is NOT THE PRESIDENT’S JOB to “enforce the law” OR to “make the law”….the former is the responsibility of the Judicial Branch and the latter that of Congress…
