My friends and I have a bet going. When smoking from a hookah, bong or pipe, how many times should you light the marijuana. After lighting the bowl the first time, are you still getting the desired effects on the second or third lighting until it is totally ash, or is all of the THC released after the first lighting??

If the stuff goes out between hits, then relighting it is the way to go. Yes, you just keep relighting it as needed until it’s all ash. If you stopped lighting it when it went out, you’d be throwing out a lot of good pot. :-O Hope that helps with your bet.

What makes you any better, getting high off your sugar and soap coated tobacco? Guess he can’t compete.
It will be there ’til it stops lighting, dudes. Duh. You all should stop making bets with the smart one. Gambling is illegal too. (Unless you are doing it legally through the gov’t and have all the proper papers filed and a license (which costs lots of cash). You can obtain these things at your city hall–except the cash) Just looking out for you.
Light it until it’s all cherry and inhale. And light it again if there’s still greens after. But I don’t think that the way you light it will make much of an affect on the THC.
