Idk, buy weed either way. If you good then the police won’t find out anyway -_-. Or just be like ” Oh my bad I thought this was aloud cause I need it medically” if you actually do get caught.
1. If u have a medical marijuana card, u could only buy from licensed dispensaries. If u buy from a dealer, thats illegal because theyre not licensed.
2. If the police saw marijuana that u bought from a dealer, depending on the quality, they might know. If its low quality (filled with leaves and seeds) they will definitely know because dispensaries are NEVER allowed to sell Marijuana like that. It has to be high quality. Its illegal to buy marijuana from ANYONE except a licensed dispensary.
