Sure, unless you have two broken legs. But, they wont give you any weed unless you got a script for it.

I live in CO and have talked to several people about it. Your best bet is to go to a a dispensary that has a doctor on site. You go in there and make an appt. Tell the doc why you need to use med mar. He then grants you a temporary card while they mail away your application which costs around 300(but you dont need to worry about the fee right away, your temp card will last for at least four months) Oh and it is almost guaranteed you will be approved, at least by the doc for the temp card. THen you walk your little self on down to the reception and pay your doc fee(around 100-200, which you get back if you are denied on your application. AFter paying that you are free to buy whatever you want! Icecream, candy, teas, nugs, baked goods, butter,etc…….So no to get a card and buy weed at the dispensary you do not need a referral, at least in CO anyway. You do get a discount though if you bring medical records.
