Is it legal in California for a social worker to smoke medicinal marijuana with a client in the client’s home?
I have a downstairs neighbor who smokes weed with her social worker in the backyard. I have no idea if the social worker carries a card, but even if she did, my guess is that she could get reprimanded or fired for this, no? The social worker comes around a few times a week to help with things around the house.
If the social worker is not even in your apartment, why are you concerned about it? That would be up to your neighbor to decide if it is OK.
I doubt it is illegal, but Im sure the agency has rules against doing stuff like that…Anyways, I don’t see what harm she is doing.
If the social worker is on her free time and not working for the state in this matter forget it and besides why would you want t o screw up someones life by sticking your nose in others business.
Could be the worker is with a help services and not with the state.
It is extremely inappropriate for a social worker to smoke up with a client. That’s deplorable. If you called the supervisor I guarantee you they would not support this. You can’t get high on the job.
