Prop 19 is to legalize marijuana it did Not pass .It would have passed if Prop 19 would have been written better .

This is a joke. This does not actually affect the law.
I would have taken away the part of Prop 19 that would have shielded employees from drug screens.
I believe that part of the law was used to sway voters to not support the Prop. Groups opposed to the Prop were able to effectively point to that part of the law as “evidence” that society would be overrun by high people if the Prop passed.
The law just reached a little too far otherwise it might have passed.
I would add a big 😀 at the end. The feds already said they would come in and start arresting people if Ca. passed it. You might be sitting in jail in a few months if it had passed.
