12/12 from seed to bud this plant is 4 months old it took 4 weeks from seeds to determine sex and at week 4 i found out she was a she and i flowered her for 13 weeks after knowledge of the sex and i got this nice compact 18 gram cured bud and 8 grams from other lil buds , most compact bud iv grown

@YourFace Yeh your right, ive learned alot more about this recently and it seems to me every thing works great 12/12 from seed , i just saw a guy grow 6 pure indicas 12/12 from seed with no hermies, indica sativa hybrids work great, you know 12/12 from seed is just great all around for those people who want to harvest a few weeks early and save on the light bill a little and keep plants smaller
@needmorechronic Actually, 12/12 is recommended for sativas because of their lengthy flowering times to reduce stretch in the growroom. It’s NOT “the other way around.” Anyone who has grown for years KNOWS THIS. Indicas are a gamble, some might get 18 inches and yield an ounce, while most, with an already short 8-9 week flower period have no time to stretch and the yield is low. And those indicas are way more prone to go hermi at 12/12 from seed. Fact.

@Homegrown5446 where did you hear this? its not true, its actually the other way around. indicas work better go check for your self google-what are the best strains for growing in the 12/12 from seed method, and forums will come up and i gaurantee the most strains written by growers are northern lights, ak 48 which are both indicas. i bet thats why yours took so long i see grow journals all day for this method and people are getting an ounce off a plant alot faster than 4 months. niceplant tho!
@visionz12 topping will NOT help if there is no veg time, your best bet is to lollipop it so the plant concentrates all the growth on the one main big top kola.
@3dmundo it wouldn’t make a difference because the plant will only flower when its mature no matter the light cycle, it takes around 3-4 weeks until it shows its sex (if on a 12/12 or less cycle.)

13 weeks flower eh? Heavy sativa I’m guessing? I have a 12 weeker (sour cream) that I plan on doing 12/12 from seed. I’d never grow it otherwise, but if I can just stick it in the room it works out ya know? Haha.

I believe this is called the dutch method or square foot gardening. What size are your lights man or do you use a grow box? Just curious. but what did that nug weigh when it was cured?
