because i have one and so does my brother. his is a different color than mines. his is a light greenish yellow and mine is a dark green. i always thought marijuana plants were a darker green.

There are different colors due to the various strains. Some are even a bright purple.
All things considered, most plants should be a healthy green color, though some vary in shade, some are reddish, some purplish, some bluish. Most that stay green are a darker shade, but some may be lighter. If you both have the same strain, they should look pretty much alike.
