Benicia’s Planning Commission rejects MMD ban
Benicia’s Planning Commission decided last Thursday night that residents who need medical marijuana should be able to get it in the city. The commission unanimously rejected City Attorney Heather McLaughlin’s recommendation that the City Council enact an ordinance banning medical marijuana dispensaries, and instead said the city should pursue an ordinance that would allow the dispensaries. more…
