california has always been the most progressive state. people need to start realizing that every adult has the right to choose without fear of losing his or her freedom. i get so sick and tired of hearing people talk about the negative effect it will have on society when drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes are far more hazardous to ones health. rock music has brought more social decay to this country than any drugs. but it is still should be the right of the individual to choose for himself.

Almost is not good enough, you don’t live if someone almost saves you. I can still get busted and sent to jail if it is not officially legal. When ever I smoked weed I never hurt or kill anyone. It only bothered me because I got to do it behind my parents backs in order to deal with my depression and stress at once.
