Is it correct to arrest people, and put them in Americas utterly failed jails with wild animals and garbage? And Marijuana is NOT a “getaway drug”. Most marijuana users are exclusive users. And what’s the difference between “legalizing and decriminalizing” anyway? If it’s not illegal, than it’s already legal?
According to the US Census Bureau, Marijuana makes up 94% volume of total drug seizures (for 2008) while Methamphetamine is only 0.23%. YES on PROP19!

People that say america doesn’t export anything anymore are wrong. We export our “morals and ethics”(our failed drug policy).
Do a patent search on the following number: 6630507. You’ll find that the DHHS under the second Bush administration patented a procedure to extract cannabinoids from cannabis plants for their antioxidant properties. How is it that our government can get a patent for something that is “illegal?” Better still, why is marijuana still classified a schedule 1 controlled substance if, according to the DHHS’s own patent (paid for by our tax dollars), it is proven to contain medicinal properties?
