Do these biblical Verses concern marijuana?

“The acts of the sinful nature are obvious: sexual immorality, impurity and debauchery; idolatry and WITCHCRAFT; hatred, discord, jealousy, fits of rage, selfish ambition, dissensions, factions and envy; drunkenness, orgies, and the like. I warn you, as I did before, that those who live like this will not inherit the kingdom of God. –Gal 5:19-21 (NIV)
Revelation 22:15(NET) -Describes outside the kingdom of God:
Outside are the dogs and the sorcerers 1 and the sexually immoral, and the murderers, and the idolaters and everyone who loves and practices falsehood!

Sorcerers, in both of these contexts, comes from the greek work Pharmakeia; this is where we get the present day word Pharmacy or any variation of it. Drug use for other than medicinal purpose is in question. God warns of the use of Magic as it leads one astray.
“The light of a lamp will never shine in you again. The voice of bridegroom and bride will never be heard in you again. Your merchants were the world’s great men. By your MAGIC spell all the nations were led astray.”–Rev 18:23

“In sorcery, the use of DRUGS, whether simple or potent, was generally accompanied by INCANTATIONS and appeals to OCCULT powers, with the provision of various charms, amulets, etc., professedly designed to keep the applicant or patient from the attention and power of demons, but actually to impress the applicant with the mysterious resources and powers of the sorcerer.”

But would marijuana qualify in the same context as those that lead people away from Christ and be considered Pharmakeia. As it has been virtually proven to have almost no lasting harmful effects and one need not become high to the degree of a loss of will and character. Smoking marijuana does not cause someone to act “out of Character”, but some argue its altered perception can lead to susceptibility to demons and if it is indeed to be grouped with the word pharmakeia in the Bible, then there would be no doubt that it was clearly wrong. In contrast some argue marijuana could not be meant by the definition as the use of cannabis was clearly around and utilized during that time in anointing oils and for other uses. Some use these verses to support the use of Marijuana:
God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. Genesis 1:29
“The hay appeareth, and the tender grass sheweth itself, and herbs of the mountains are gathered (Proverbs 27:25).”
“While the Old Testament Law may not have a lot to teach us about herbal medicines by way of recipes you might be surprised to discover that it has a lot of negative things to say about synthetic pharmaceuticals. Indeed, you may have to uncover the Greek definition of the word sorcerer or sorceries to fully uncover the deeper teachings of God’s Mosaic Law. The Greek word pharmakeia (pronounced far-mak-i’-ah) has numerous applications throughout the Bible but no matter how you cut it it’s still a negative term and interesting enough — this also the same word from which we derive both the modern-day terms of ‘pharmaceutical’ and ‘pharmacy.’ A word to the wise should be sufficient but go back and re-read Yahweh’s commands in Leviticus 19:26-28, 9:31, 20:6 or Deuteronomy 18:9-14 with this thought in mind. One doesn’t need to be a rocket scientist to discover that Yahweh prefers the natural over the unnatural, especially when He has given us everything we need to sustain ourselves from the beginning.”

So are they talking about all pharmaceutical used in recreation or man made ones? I agree with the law and would not EVER claim it is a good idea to smoke marijuana; however, I am not sure smoking a MODERATE amount of a legal alternative weed(there are legal herbs like weed sold throughout the US) would be considered a sin. I am a Christian as well. What do you think about all of this?
Let me just clarify the legality of other herbs like Marijuana that render the same effects on the user. and I am speaking of use in MODERATION not excess.
Again to Clarify- medicinal use of drugs condoned throughout the Bible I am talking about RECREATIONAL USE ONLY.
*are condoned* sorry grammatical error
