I wish they would. Not because I want to smoke pot, which I don’t, but rather because the war on drugs is a futile and costly waste of time. As long as there is a market there will be a supply, legal or not. I wouldn’t hold my breathe though. There is too much money being made in drug prohibition at every level of government from the federal to local. Don’t expect for a second that they will kill the “Golden Goose”.

You may see a few more states adopt similar laws, but the majority will remain with the current laws restricting marijuana use.
I don’t believe the rest of the states will follow California laws regarding the personal use of marijuana. However, it really doesn’t matter since the possession/use of marijuana is still a federal crime. The states may allow you to smoke but the feds don’t.
I seriously doubt all the states will but if they did it might solve some of our crime rates
