How old are you? And just exactly how are you going to pay for this? Do you have your own credit card, or are you going to use your parents’? You do realize that if you use your parents’ card then it’s going to show up on their bank statement, right?
Also, I doubt anyone on here is going to help you hide a package which you obviously shouldn’t even be thinking about in the first place. Wait until you’re old enough to do these things without having to try and be “sneaky” about it.
Why the hell would you want one? Are you willing to lose your parents trust so you can smoke? Or however the hell you use it.
Why don’t you be a good child and behave and dont’ buy it.
If you do and get caught, don’t come back here asking everyone if it was fair that your parents punished you.
Get it mailed to a friend’s house, or an adult’s house that’s cool with it. There are too many “what ifs” with having it mailed to your house. I wouldn’t try. Good luck!

theres no way you can pull this off websites you buy from like ebay use your credit card info to verify age
