In most places, opening up a dispensary starts the same way as any business- you’ll need a permit from the city, and you’ll need to make sure that you’re following all zoning requirements so you don’t get shut down. And then, there’s usually another form you fill out specific to opening up a dispensary. Your best bet is to contact a marijuana lawyer- do a search and you’ll come up with some names to contact on some of the major marijuana sites. Good luck!
