My Pennsylvania doctor agrees it would help my Crohn’s and fibromyalgia immensely. I am prepared to travel to the Sunshine State if need be….

You have to be a resident of California and apply to the county of which you are a resident. New Hampshire and Rhode Island both have medical marijuana as well though, which would be a lot closer, though they probably have similar residency requirements. More importanty, a medical marijuana prescription from out of PA will not make you immune to criminal charges in PA.
