Screw the Prison Guards. They want to put people in prison who are not hurting anyone to save their jobs. And the people who want to legalize marijuana are not all liberals, many are libertarian and conservative.

The prison guard union has way less votes than the family’s of the prisoners which they hold.
In California the voters decide the laws, not Prison Guard Unions or Police captains Unions.
That’s why they are all upset, they never expected the people of this state to get organized and raise a millions of dollars and get this on the ballot for 2010.
All of the independent polls show this is going to pass and California will really be a gold rush state again.
