The reason they tell you not to smoke is to help prevent dry sockets. You probably could smoke, but I’d be careful and not overdo it. Also make sure you follow other after care instructions closely, that should help too.

I stumbled across your question and can only say that vapourising is the safest and healthy way of all to use herb as opposed especially to smoking. I use a pipe and only pure with good quality.
I dont use “pot” available in UK it is dung basically.

As vaporization simply releases vapors and not smoke/soot/ash/tar it is in no way harmful to vaporize after dentistry. Feel free to vaporize to sooth your pain, since THC and the other cannabinoids provide an anti-inflammatory effect it will actually help in your healing process.
