i know it’s not helthy to smoke marihuana but how much per day is recommended or normal in order to live a healthy life.

None. Its illegal, so the lifestyle it forces you to lead (one of secrecy and possibly guilt or paranoia) is straining on your mental health, which drags down all other aspects of your wellbeing as well.

What is marihuana????????? Marijuana is illegal. It is not reccommended to be smoked. Did you know it is more harmful to your lungs to smoke it than cigarettes? I’m not biased, I’ve smoked it. However, now that I’m older, I realize that it did nothing for me except for give me the munchies & make me very sluggish. Since smoking it is worse than smoking cigarettes for your lungs, I’d say that you can’t really expect to lead a healthy life if you’re smoking it. The only time I condone it is for terminally ill patients.

Weed isnt really “recommended” to live a healthy lifestyle, but if you’re looking for the amount you can smoke per day and still live an active lifestyle, its different for each person. If you’re doing it too often – like before work, thats not considered healthy because it can impact your work preformance, possibly get you fired, and from there impact your ability to take care of yourself because of lack of income. And then how will you buy your pot!
