It’s still against Federal law to do any of that. So, unless CA is hoping to force the Federal government’s hand, people who go ahead and engage in marijuana production / use / etc. will be in violation of Federal law, and could be arrested, etc.
With that said, being pro-life myself, if the Federal government proceeds to ignore Prop 19, then states could begin rapidly making anti-abortion laws and hope that the Feds similarly ignore those laws.
So, I am up in the air about Prop. 19.
billions of revenue generated? yea you can bet il vote yes on 19! anyone that votes No should be charged a $250 fine at the polling place. Only way were going to get some revenue flowing in california without legalize something as basic as a plant. come on now california VOTE YES ON PROP 19 FOR CHRIST SAKE! WAKE UP
