I don’t anticipate any real changes. Criminals that transport drugs have plenty of other illegal substances to make profit. It isn’t like it will become an ecodemic and will give the citizens of the state a medical alternative.
But if Arizona wants to trade legalization of MJ for an enforced version of SB1070, that would be cool with me

I am sure it will make major impact. Most smoking bams will move in California. Illegals are already moving there from all around the country.
This state is also in super dip financial trouble. After legalizing marijuana, it will became real cesspool.
That will bring this state to total economical, political, intellectual and other kind of collapse.
Other states will be cleaned up from their criminals and dirt bags, who will move out. So they (other states like Arizona, Oregon, Nevada) will do much better. They also will get normal people who will move out of California. Although they might get some percentage of libs, which might affect their political stability and at the end convert them California way.
It will pass… and since the cartels get 70% of their money from JUST marijuana, it’s gonna be a blow to them when this spreads to the rest of the states
