If Prop 19 is passed, what are the consequences of a minor using weed?
*ugh* I hope it’s just purchasing weed instead of using it, like alcohol. Minors drinking alcohol isn’t illegal in some states, just purchasing it.

That will depend on the regulations set by the legislature and the regulatory bodies. Prop 19 does nothing to legalize pot for minors.
