From what I know, an “Operation Crimson Tide” ring was under investigation and yesterday was the first day they started arresting people. Guns ans marijuana were seized and the investigation had been going on for about 6 months.
Obviously a lawyer is going to be needed, but does anyone know what the minimum/maximum sentence is for this type of charge?

PC 182(a)1 is conspiracy and the punishment is to be the same as for the crime the conspiracy attempted to further. Without knowing what they are supposed to have conspired to do, it’s impossible to say the minimum/maximum applicable.
