No all you need is a license from the state.*
Most States do not have laws in place to establish dispensaries. The majority of the ones that open consult with a pro marijuana lawyer, read up at sites like norml, mpp.org, safeaccessnow.org and look for resources specific to your State. I have not heard that any State requires pharmacy school. A guy in CA holds some workshops but other than that I know of no school towards this career.
