I would probably say California because theirs more sun there than New York.
Yes. Definitely. A lot of the good bud in other states comes from California.

Cali has more good bud, partially because the growing season doesn’t really stop, but us New Yorkers can grow really good bud during the summer.
dude it doesnt matter, these days it really depends on the strain and care given to it, i grew some super dank ass shit in my backyard and i live in cali but you could do the same in NY just as easy, actually cali has really bright sun and the weathers perfect so id say cali bud is better but if your growing indoors its really just the same most weed is but outdoors id have to say california weed.
It’s irrelevant. Marijuana grows in soil (or water), how can you logically come up with the idea that pot from a certain place is better? If you take purple haze and you grow it in an L.A. house the end result will be exactly the same in an N.Y. house.

Been to california, new york, and plenty of other states, but I say the best bud comes from the south east coast, cali just has an abundance of good bud, but when i lived there was very sparingly amazing bud. The worst bud comes from mexico though, just terrible.
