Is the new synthetic cannabis “K2” legal in Texas?
Made legal in Lawrence, Kansas, the new K2 cannabis is a handy legal alternative to reefer. At this point, the cops can’t touch it.
But that doesn’t help me because I live in Texas and am currently on probation!

then DON’T ANSWER.
It is legal only because they haven’t made specific laws to regulate it. I know the people that make that stuff – and they do not smoke it themselves. I was camping with one of the guys – he said “Are you crazy” when I asked him if HE smoked it. He does partake in weed. K2 doesn’t show up on drug tests.
The fact that he won’t smoke it makes me wonder about the safety.
