Kiowa Tribal Land — Wildwood Flower Be Damned

Kiowa Tribal Land — Wildwood Flower Be Damned

On August 11, 2010 there was a marijuana plant bust on the orginal Kiowa allotment of Lone Bear near Carnegie, OK. The descendants of Kiowa Lone Bear were not aware that illegal Mexican aliens had used clearings in the creek bottom fo grow an illegal crop of marijuana. (Is there a legal crop of marijuana?) On August 11 elements of the BIA police, Caddo County Sheriff Department, and Oklahoma State Police staged a raid on the two illegals aliens growing the crop and conficated the illegal crop. Altogether, there were over 1000 plants cut and amassed into two separate piles in the creek bottom. These piles of marijuana were burned by the authories. Apparently, during the cutting of the marijuana plants in August of 2010 by the authorities marijuana seeds fell on the soil. In the spring of 2011 these seeds germinated and grew into full-fledged 6-8 ft. high marijuana stalks. This is what state and local authorities call “wild growth”. On August 15, 2011 yours truly discovered 18 marijuana stocks growing in the Kiowa Lone Bear allotment creek bottom. Further searches along the creek bottom by yours truly in the days to come revealed no other marijuana stalk growths. The Bureau of Indian Affairs Police were contacted who in turn contactred the Caddo County Sheriff’s Department and two agents were sent to conficate the wild growth and transport them off the property. If viewers are wondering (especially those who are users) why I am personally against the growing of marijuana
