Can you get in legal trouble for trimming on someone elses pot farm if you are not in possesion and are not under the influence, just doing some trim work. also if you could let me know how you know?

I’m pretty sure if you’re caught doing it, you’ll get possession at least. Now, if you don’t actually get caught doing it, and he gets caught, I don’t think you can get in trouble simply from him trying to throw you under the bus by saying something like “well I pay so and so to trim it for me.” If something like that happened, they would probably have to get a warrent and search you and/or your home, and wouldn’t be able to charge you unless they found a reason to do so. That being said, I think it’s a bit of a shady situation that I wouldn’t want to be involved in; I have heard that charges for growing/dealing are much more severe than simply possessing, and I wouldn’t want to take that risk. But I don’t really have any legal background, I’m just speculating here.
