marihuana weed cannabis drug illegal pipes bongs?
my question is, its illegal to do why isin’t it illegal to sell pipes and bongs? but if you have it in your possession its illegal? now i just got a bong as a gift so happens to be that a cop pulled me over he gave me two choices get fined and keep it or break it in front of me so no one keeps it. i sure didnt want to get finned so he broke it. now it wasn’t used it was new. im not a smoker im a straight edge person i just like the bong really bad it was so awesome, but still dont understand that concept its ok to sell but not keep? another thing my friend always forgets his pipe in my friends car and he got stopped once and gladly cops didnt see it but he dose it to me to, can a cop arrest you as “paraphernalia” even if you didnt smoke? just for having residue due to weed?? also how dose the law work with weed ive hurd people having 1g of weed and just gotten fine is that true or do you get arrested?
You can smoke tobacco out of a pipe or a bong and it’s legal. It becomes illegal when you smoke pot out of it.
It’s not illegal to possess a bong, but once it has residue it is considered paraphernalia and is the instrumentality of a crime.
Some states have “decriminalized” possession of marijuana up to a certain weight. If you have less than that weight they just give you a citation.
typically when you buy a new glass piece you shouldnt smoke out of it at all on the way home and when you get it home later KEEP IT THERE never take it anywhere again.when you buy a new piece usually they give you a big bag of smoking tobacco for legal purposes because they are selling you a glass tobacco pipe not a glass pot pipe, even though we all see this as wtf? but we all know what it is used for but they are able to operate under that circumstance
I know someone who got ARRESTED for marijuana residue on a LIGHTER. And a store in my area was busted for selling pipes and bongs… Sometimes it seems like cops can do whatever they want…
