That looks pretty average for about 4 weeks into flowering. All the pistils are still white, and the buds are very immature. Why the hell would you think that looks like its past 4 weeks flowering and that he’s lying? Ive seen buds more mature and bigger then that at 4 weeks into flower, genetics play a huge part in this.
