Marijuana plants part of busy morning for firefighters
Canton firefighters battled two fires four blocks apart simultaneously Thursday morning, both caused by electrical problems. Firefighters were called to 17th Street NW where a family of four escaped their burning house. About a minute or two later, they were called to a 13th Street NW fire where police later removed 125 marijuana plants.
