Meet the new neighbors: Elk taking up residence off Ambrose Lane
STEVENSVILLE – A herd of nearly 130 elk have found a new homealong Ambrose Lane.Craig Jourdonnais hopes they don’t get too comfortable.The elk have been inviting stares and stopping traffic along theroad northeast of Stevensville since they first arrived more than aweek ago to warily feed in small pastures in amongst nearbyhomes.
