This is legal in Texas, thank God. I think at one point it was illegal until they controlled it and made it to where you have to be 18, just like tobacco. This, in my opinion, is the way it should be. It does make it safer and more enjoyable. Even if youre not 18, who cares, how many kids do you know thay get cigs? It is easy to get no matter what. People will always find a way, atleast regulating it makes it safer

Illegal in LA as of a few days ago (@ this writing)-August the 15th it was an illegal substance. It’s a thirteen page piece of legislation that goes over potential variants of the JWH compound, too- really open-ended. Not that Louisiana doesn’t have more important things to worry about! The stupidity of it all kills me.
I know that a lot of people with piss test jobs were messing with the stuff. Pretty flagrant prohibition without any science to argue either way. Our representatives… don’t.

In Lousiana its been an 18 age restriction since it first came out. But it will be illegal in August.

Most of the k2 (summit and others) I’ve bought online were homemade ripoffs. It is so difficult to find real k2 or Serenity Now, and even when you do it doesn’t even give you the munchies or anything great. Tried some ‘trance’ herbal incense from an orlando, FL craigslist ad and got the munchies like I’ve never had!
