hoookah? do you mean tobacco? Hookah is a smoking device, which is used for either tobacco or marijuana. Its not legal to drive with weed in your system and tobacco justs taste bad.
If it’s hookah tobacco you’re safe.
Hookah is a device. You smoke Shisha out of it. Shisha is tobacco all though there are some herbal variants, it’s all tobacco. And no one tests for tobacco, put marijuana in the shisha and yeah it will be in your system. You get the typical tobacco high but a little stronger!
