This will not help but only the stoners in that state, and California is too far to the left, which is going to bring the downfall of their state. The only marijuana that should be legalized is; Medical Marijuana, which is entirely different than the marijuana that most folks tend to know… The marijuana that is getting legalized will solve nothing, but only encourage the abusive nature ‘smoking’ marijuana has already.
Fed Gov is waiting to see if it will pass. If it does Fed Gov will step in and tell CA they can’t do that because Fed Law takes precedent.
Hell, Fed Gov is suing AZ for making laws that mirror Fed Law and Fed Gov doesn’t like it.

I am in favor of legalizing all drugs, everywhere. The pros are too long to list and the only con I can think of is MAYBE more people would use drugs (no one knows this for sure). If you can’t put whatever you want into your body, then you don’t live in a free country.

Anyway getting back to your question, I think it should be illegal. It can cause cancer and many other diseases. Pros would be that everyone would be high all the time to not notice any of the government faulties. Again that could be a pro for the government. Everyone would be stupid because of all the fumes. It would wreak the invironment. If marijuana was legal alot more people would be doing it. Gangs, murders and rapes would be worse because nobody would be in their right mind. There are many pros and cons. But perhaps it should stay illegal. Think of all the bad stuff that would happen, youd have ton of high people running around, children would be doing it too,.
