What hoops do I have to jump through to open a marijuana dispensary in Oregon?
What hoops do I have to jump through to open a marijuana dispensary in Oregon? Like do I need a caregivers card? I am aware of the jail possibility, but I need to know what obstacles I face with the state of Oregon.
After reading the first 3 answers, Portland just opened one of the first marijuana cafes last month, and there are dispensaries already here. I want to open up my own.
