What is a reasonable price to buy a 1991 Mini City E?

I am looking to buy a Mini and have found one that I like the look of, but not sure on the price and what I should be paying for it? In the last year it has had fitted Stage one kit reading 54.4bhp on the rolling road, upper and lower balls joints, pot joints, CV joints, front pads, front wheel bearings, new tyres (I have the old four as spares), bucket seats, racing wheel, two doors, two A panels, new windscreen, decals etc.
She’s only just passed her latest MOT where the rear subframe, brake lines, hand brake cables and quadrants, rear brake assemblies, 4x gas shoxs, hi-lo’s all round, radius arms, top and bottom swivel joints. The seller is asking for £1,450. Is this a fair amount for this car?
