Dude! The economy in California is so bad that their State Legislature decided to take the bill, tear it into strips, roll it into marijuana joints, and smoke it!
All clowning aside, I hope they pass it. We need something to relieve the massive stress from this economic mess we suffer under.
It’s probably being disputed as of right now. Any how marijuana in my opinion is not going to solve california’s money problem. In addition the drug dealers are going to be pretty angry. lol

Basically it is a bill that would end marijuana prohibition in CA introduced by Tom Ammiano of San Francisco. The drug would be taxed at $50 per ounce. This is projected to provide upwards of $1.3 billion in revenue for the state annually. Marijuana would be regulated and sold to anyone over 21, much like alcohol is today.
