me and some friends were interested in opening a shop and selling our own custom line of bongs bowl’s papers etc.. and we dont know ifthere are any license’s required to sell bowl’s and bongs in ohio. any info would be greatly appreciated and i do not need some half thought out speech on why weed is bad.

They are illegal products and cannot be sold.
Our local cigar shop brought in a line of these products. I told them it was illegal. Sure enough in 3 months they were out of business, lost their investment and 7 people are looking for jobs.
sassy25; not true because i to live in ohio and there are head shops everywhere including one called wildberrys in oxford ohio where miami university is located and they have been in buissness for years in the open.
you better check with your town’s business license office or Police Dept to see if they would even allow a business like that to be in their town. Legality of selling such items probably varies by town, county or state
