the law might not say that. But it is illegal to sell or purchase narcotics, drugs of any sort. Unless you have a doctors consent to buy at a location that is authorized to do this.
All they’ve done with the law is decriminalize possession of less than an ounce. Sale is still illegal…so it would seem that buying it in small quantities woulds only carry a minor possession charge, but selling it will incur the current penalties unless the term “trafficking” means buying or selling. Not being a lawyer, I won’t touch that one!
