What is the safer way to smoke weed a bong or a pipe? NEED PROOF!?

A vaporizer is actually the best, most efficient way of smoking weed.

Technically neither.
With a pipe you get straight unfiltered smoke.
With a bong, the water catches some of the heavier particles. The problem is that THC, what gets you high, gets caught as well. So you have to smoke more to get high. So the filtering just wastes weed.
A vaporizer is the safest and most efficient way. It pays for itself.
