What is the statue of limitations for a possession to sell marijuana in California riverside county?
the charge is a HS 11359 Poss of Marijuana for Sale, The reason i’am asking is because this person being charged went for the arraignment but was not on calendar the clerk set other day to come again. They showed up again ,and the same happen it was not on the calendar clerk told them to call the D.A office to see if they are actually gonna filed the charges..

I know in PA they can only change the dhearing date 3 times. after that its over! they may feel no enough evidence, or they are waiting and watching them, trying to get info/a larger bust!it may be pending further investigation or the cops on vacation!
