I don’t know about costs and stuff like that but it would seem it would be a over the counter type drug sold at pharmacys. You would probally have to be 18 to buy it, and to smoke it aswell. Legalize it or not…..hmm it really doesn’t matter. Those that want to smoke it already are. It would just make it easier for them. I say go ahead and get it over with and then we can all see how good or bad a idea it really was.

Well, you should define the term “legalized”.

With any good — demand will rise as a function of the price of the produce.
It this is seen by the state as a revenue source — it will be taxed very heavily at first to establish the demand curve. High Taxes would keep the police busy to see if the taxes were paid.

Would I want marijuana publicly sold — No. Because I do not think the State should ever depended on revenue by allowing individuals not to work. Almost anyone can grow hemp. So no one needs to buy it or pay tax on it. Since the state does not have an interest it is neither condoning or profiting from individual stupidity. Hemp is a plant equal to a dandelion and about as useful. [Dandelions make wonderful salads, wine, and a ersatz coffee.]

There is no set dollar amount, but you can bet it’ll be more expensive than buying from your local dealer.

Probably anywhere where you can buy alcohol or tobacco now.

I don’t know off the top of my head when the date is that it will be voted on. You should be able to find that with a simple google search. If it passes, they will set a date for it to become effective, it could be the same day or a year later.

I’m don’t even have the energy to go into all the reasons why it should be legalized. But the main one is that I think, if it’s implemented correctly, it will have a beneficial effect on the local economy.
